  • Eligibility for Returns Timeframe: You can return your purchased item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: The item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide further instructions for sending the item back to us.
  • Return Shipping Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Packaging: Please ensure the hat is securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to guarantee that your return reaches us safely.
  • Refunds & Exchanges Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your hat for a different style, size, or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original purchase for a refund.
