Welcome to Average Runner. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read through our shipping policy for details on shipping times, costs, and processes.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delays: In rare cases, such as high-demand periods or inventory shortages, processing may take longer. 

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-8 business days – Our standard shipping rates are based on carrier shipping rates and the weights of the package. 
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business days – Our express shipping rates are based on carrier shipping rates and the weights of the package. 
  • International Shipping: Please contact us at hello@averagerunner.us if you are interested in placing an order outside the US. 

Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer for international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. 

Address Errors

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been shipped, Average Runner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance. We recommend checking with neighbors or looking around your property before contacting the carrier.
